Determine exact sensor position to hexapod
With help of an elaborated Python script a grid of spots, where for each the minimal waist on the sensor is determined, is used to adapt all 6 axis of the hexapod in order the sensor is located perfectly perpendicular and horizontal to the incoming light source.
This correction of Rx, Ry and Rz are shown on the hexapod page of the LabView user interface.
Beside all the state indications there is also a lateral web-camera looking into the vacuum chamber showing the Detector position.
