Vacuum Chamber

Inhouse a mechanical custom design based on the Trinos 500mm cubic chamber from Pfeiffer Vacuum with several flanges of different size and position was made.

There are enough flanges around the chamber to comply also with different optical fibers and other needs from future projects.
